We moved to Fountain hills 4 years ago. We wanted to buy or build a house so we started looking for contemporary homes, after hundreds of homes we only found 3 homes that we really liked and would buy. We asked who was the architect was. They told us Andy Gramling or Gramling Architecture. From that moment on we called the homes we liked "Andy" homes. We immediately purchased a lot in Fire Rock on the golf course and Andy designed us a stunning 4000 sq ft home. He was very professional, honest and helped us with everything we asked.
