Our mission is to provide true start-to-finish residential architectural services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our services start with the selection of a home site. Our knowledge of the area and ability to analyze home sites enable us to advise clients on the suitability of a given property.
Our design philosophy is very simple. Listen to the client and perform the best work possible. The design should take advantage of every advantage the site has to offer. It should also neutralize the disadvantages. To us, there are no unimportant details.
Our services extend through the entire construction process. We provide full construction management services.
Andrew Gramling founded the company in 2002. He received his degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo in 1984. The next 40 years were primarily spent as head architect for several firms in California and Arizona.
The projects Andrew has designed have received regional and local design awards. His work has also appeared in Phoenix Home & Garden. The firm’s focus has been the design of custom homes. We have worked in virtually every custom home community and Scottsdale.
Andrew currently lives in North Scottsdale with his wife and three children.
